This is the first Ouletta in the agency!
Ouletta are a rare creature and will be able to mix breed with Draekian. These creatures are roughly the size of a small horse or deer, and are usually very sweet, playful creatures. Ouletta are part owl, cat and horse. Like all other creatures, there will be "Pokedoptable" versions as well.

This creature's design was originally used as a line art/cell shade practice, so there will be a lot of customs available this month!</sub>
