Rucker is quite the up-class Nixian, finding it necessary to behave properly, as a gentleman would. He's the type for top hats, monocles, pipes, roses, and a nice cup of tea, and while not British, speaks in a British accent. He enjoys reading the newspaper or a good book and discussing political matters in a highly formal manner, and is actually quite scholarly. Though Nixians aren't quite the species for college, he often likes to brag that he graduated top of his class from Oxford, which is quite believable considering his high level of intelligence. Rucker's obvious formality causes some others to be intimidated by him, though those who get to know him may find that he's actually quite an interesting spectacle. He often likes to stay up at night simply to debate the moon and the wonders of the universes, and, if he could get up earlier, would also love a nice debate of the sunrise over a cup of coffee. The only thing Rucker seems to love more than a nice debate or a good book is Cirque Du Soleil. He's simply fascinated at watching the circus performances and has never missed a show.
